Free shipping over £50.
Shipping charges will show at checkout subject to the billing amount. Orders are delivered via Royal mail or Hermes. We shall provide a tracking number upon despatch.
Please note on shipments if any customs/duty charges are issued they will have to be paid on delivery-it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for these charges.Sometimes they are not even charged but again we do not have a control if you will be charged or not. Payment of these charges is necessary to release your order from customs. Our courier will contact you locally with details of any import duty to pay.
Please note-Any goods returned, due to custom charges not being paid will be refunded minus associated charges.
Returns & Exchanges
Goods once sold through the website can only be exchanged for replacement or a store credit if they meet our terms and conditions.
We accept only exchanges and provide store credit on items (except reduced or sale items) that are in their original condition (new, unused, unworn, unaltered or unwashed) within 72 hours of receiving your order.
If you are not satisfied with the product received by you and is faulty or damaged please let us know via email. Any pictures attached would speed up the process.
We shall see if we can replace the product depending on stock and availability. If we are unable to replace the product or remedy the fault then we will refund the money happily once the garment reaches us back.
All returned items will be credited to the account from which the original purchase. The amount will be refunded within 7 working days through relevant payment mode.
