Shop Policies

Delivery

PROCESSING TIME (1-2 DAYS): All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed. You will receive an e-mail when your item has been shipped.

SHIPPING TIME - UK: We currently ship via Royal Mail, and the shipping times can vary depending on Royal Mail. Standard delivery will usually take 3-5 business days.

SHIPPING TIME - INTERNATIONAL: We ship internationally and offer various shipping methods at the checkout. If you do not see your shipping country at the checkout, please contact us. International shipping is calculated at checkout and shipping rates are calculated on order weight. International delivery will usually take 7-14 business days however it can take longer due to custom delays or public holidays.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES: Ekta Boutique is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Returns & Exchanges

RETURN POLICY: If you would like to return any items, you will need to contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and email the details to info@ektaboutique.co.uk. Please do not message us on social media pages as your return will not be processed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item. All customers are liable to pay for the return shipping fees and it is advised to do this with a tracking number as we are not responsible for any items lost in the post. If the refund has been approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.

EXCHANGE POLICY: If you would like to exchange any items you will need to contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and email the details to info@ektaboutique.co.uk. Please do not message us on social media pages as your exchange will not be processed. Any items to be exchanged will need to be sent back in the original packaging and condition. Upon receipt we will confirm if an exchange can be completed. All customers are liable to pay for the return shipping fees and it is advised to do this with a tracking number as we are not responsible for any items lost in the post. You can exchange for a product of the same value or higher.

The following items can't be returned or exchangedBecause of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
