Tarnishing or discolouration due to chemical contact is not a fault
Missing crystals are not classed as a manufacturing fault, and items with missing crystals can be replaced if in stock, but shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Cancellation on orders will be applicable provided that the product has not been shipped. Any cancellations beyond this point will be at the discretion of Gehna Boutique.
