Hair Loving wholeheartedly believes in the ethos of responsible sourcing by sourcing ingredients from suppliers who have a positive impact on people and the environment. This ensures we only work with those who abide by farmers fair rates of pay, are anti child labour and Hair Loving will always abide by Anti bribery acts as we have a social and corporate responsibility.
Our Patchouli, Jojoba and Geranium Rose is sourced from a privately owned farm in the Eastern Region of Rwanda in the Kayonza District, the agricultural hub of Rwanda

Delivery
Order processing timeline: 1-3 business days.
Delivery
The delivery time becomes effective once the processing time has ended. Once your order has been processed it will be dispatched and you will receive a tracking number for your package.
UK Mainland 1-3 Days
Standard Europe 7-10 Days
America, Canada & Territories 4-15 days
Orders placed over the weekend; Saturday & Sunday, are dispatched the next working day.
Please note that the delivery times are from the date of dispatch.
For international orders the customer is responsible for any additional duties/customs/clearance charges incurred.
Hair Loving Limited are not responsible for items lost or stolen during and after transit.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
RefundsOnce we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a 28 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Your Rights If There Is A Problem With A Product.In addition to the rights described above (and in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015), if the goods you receive are damaged or faulty, or not what you originally ordered please notify us as soon as possible to ensure prompt resolution. Please provide the order number and keep the box, packing materials, including packing note and all items received, for inspection.
