Shop Policies
Delivery
• We take full responsibility of the product till it reaches you.
• We take around 3 working days from the date of placing the order to ship the items.
• Shipping time and Delivery takes up to 15 days and might be a little longer for remote locations, depending on their accessibility. In such cases, we shall be reaching out to you through SMS or email.
• During festivals, Pandemics or adverse weather conditions your shipment could get delayed. We ensure you that we will try our best to have your parcel delivered to you in good time.

• Please note that we only ship through reputed courier partners like Delhivery/DTDC/BluDart/ Speed Post/India post/Dhl.
• Please ensure that the shipping and contact details entered by you while ordering are correct. In case you happen to enter incorrect shipping or contact details while ordering or wish to make changes to your shipping address, please reach out to us at support@mojabella.no at the earliest.
• We shall try our best to accommodate your request provided the parcel is unshipped. However, once the parcel is shipped, no further changes can be made.
• The shipping charges and custom duties if any, are to be borne entirely by the customer based on the laws of the land.
• If the parcel is damaged/unsealed/opened at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept the same and notify us within 24 hrs through email. In this event where the customer intentionally refuses to accept a prepaid parcel on delivery, the amount will be refunded after deducting the shipping charges, RTO charges and processing fees. The bill receipt for each will be mailed to the customer.

Returns & Exchanges
• All our products are handcrafted with immense love and precision. Our products are 100% true to their pictures and description. Therefore we DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGE OR REFUNDS ON LIKE/DISLIKE BASIS.
• At Mojabella, we value our customers and always strive to provide the best products for them. We’re glad that our customers share our love and passion for hand crafted juttis, accessories and bags! We are reachable via email for any further queries regarding the make of our products.
• Please Note We click our photos in natural light and without any filters or effects so that the product depicted on the website is closest to how it looks in reality. However, there are times when the camera lens cannot match the perspective of an eye and thus slight colour difference (5-10%) seen in the product is unavoidable. Some products and colours also tend to look slightly brighter in photos as all screens and devices are calibrated differently and always highlight certain colours more. Slight irregularities in motifs, texture, and colour are a part and parcel of handcrafted products and lend character to it.
• Please also understand that unlike chemical dyed and digital printed products, handcrafted products are not mass manufactured but In fact made in batches. Thus slight variation in colour, shade, motif in each batch produced is natural due to the human involvement in the process.
• We make sure that our products are packaged and shipped safely to your doorsteps. Despite our efforts, if a customer receives a damaged product or a wrong size, we offer exchanges unto 14 days from the date of purchase.
• The Pairs can be exchanged for another size of the same style only. In case your desired size is unavailable with us, you could then exchange it for another style of the similar value.
• Pairs bought on SALE price will not be exchanged or returned. ◦ The product to be returned/exchanged (as valid under ground 1.) must be UNUSED with all ORIGINAL PACKING AND TAGS INTACT. In case the tags are missing or detached, NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
• Minor variations in colour due to screen display settings as explained above shall not be a ground for dispute. Any request for exchange/return (only and only if the product received is damaged and is unused with with all tags and packaging intact as mentioned above must be raised on our email id support@mojabella.no within 24 hours of receiving the product, post which no further requests shall be entertained.
• In the event of an exchange the fresh product will be shipped to you once we receive the damaged product. The product to be exchanged/returned shall be shipped by the customer and the shipping charges for the same shall be borne by them.
• We will bear the shipping charges of sending the fresh product to you. Please ensure the return shipment is made within 48 hrs of raising the return/exchange request.
• In the event where the customer intentionally refuses to accept a prepaid parcel on delivery, no refund will be provided whatsoever.
• If you would like to make changes to your order, please reach out to us at the earliest. Once shipped, we will not be able to make any changes to the order.
