Shop Policies
Delivery
Customers need to clearly specify the COMPLETE address and details of the person who will be receiving the order at checkout. Please note that we are not liable for any incorrect information that you have entered at checkout. The order will be shipped to the address you enter.
Customers are required to bear all the shipping and handling charges or customs charges. Any orders cancelled before being sent out are subject to a £5 restocking fee.
Customers are required to cover any ongoing customs or taxes costs should any incur when shipping to your destination.
At SR Collection we do our best to deliver within the stated time, however we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country.
Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.
We try our best to get deliveries out to you on time, but sometimes international deliveries can take longer than expected.
SR Collection are not responsible for items dispatched to the wrong address because of incorrect details given at check out.
U.K Shipping
Free UK standard delivery on all orders.
For orders under £20 we offer Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery. Delivery in 2 to 3 working days.
Standard delivery order processing time is 1 to 3 days and postage usually takes between 3 to 5 working days. The delivery option we use is Royal Mail Tracked 48 all tracking information is sent to the email address provided upon checkout.

£5.99 Express UK delivery.
Express delivery order processing time is 1 day and delivery usually takes 1 to 2 working days. We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 and all tracking information is sent to the email address provided upon checkout.
Worldwide shipping £14.99 International tracking will be provided.International orders may be subject to your local customs and duty charges.If you fail to pay these charges then your order will be sent back to us, however you will still be responsible for these charges, which are the original shipping costs and the cost of the return shipping. These will all be deducted from your final refund.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.Please ensure the items are securely wrapped to prevent damage and sent via prepaid tracked and insured post.Once you have arranged delivery please email us on sales@srcollection with proof of postage, and the tracking number.
Please note that we are not liable for the cost for delivering items back to us.

Once the product has been received we will inspect the product and arrange a refund. Please be sure you want to purchase and have fully understood the terms of service before completing payment to avoid this fee.
