Returns & Exchanges
To return a product:
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.Provide us with your order number and the reason for the returnReturn the product to us in its original packaging.We do not cover the cost for return shipping.
Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
Return Policy Exceptions:
Products that have been damaged cannot be returned.We assume customers will try the perfumes and / or beard oils, we won't accept refund if they have been used more then 20%Products that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned.Products that are returned after the 30-day return period has expired cannot be returned.
