Delivery
SHIPPING
Orders are made and dispatched between Monday to Friday, excluding public, religious and cultural holidays. All our products have different productions times, we advise to check the description of the product you wish to buy to understand how long it will take to dispatch. Productions times are longer in peak seasons.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are based in the UK and provide shipping worldwide on all products. International orders typically take 5-10 working days to receive after dispatch. Please note that international shipments are often subject to customs/import fees, which vary by country and can delay delivery. You are responsible for any customs/import fees.
To find out what shipping costs will be to your country, please go to checkout and fill in your address, the shipping costs will be automatically calculated for you.
Returns & Exchanges
RETURNS
We do not accept returns on any personalised products. However, if there is a problem or manufacturing error with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss and we will arrange the best solution for you.
If the customer has caused damage to the product, we accept returns for fixing purposes only. This return does not allow for refunds. The customer will need to contact us to arrange fixing the product, once this is accepted the customer is able to send us the product. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from the customer.
UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
If the order was attempted for delivery, the customer is responsible for arranging a redelivery or collecting the item from their local collection centre or similar.
Some orders may return back to us and be marked as undeliverable by the courier. This can be caused by the customer not being able to receive the parcel, incorrect address and more. The customer is responsible for entering the correct address at checkout. If the parcel is undeliverable and returned back to us, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to send out the item again. If the address was incorrect the first time, the customer will need to provide a new valid address to ship to and pay for shipping towards this address.
If the customer decides that they no longer want the product after it has returned to us, we will assess whether the product is refundable. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the product is non-refundable, the customer will be required to pay for shipping again and if they refuse, then no refund or shipment of the order again will be made.
If the product is available for a refund, the customer can request a refund. The customer will receive a partial refund which covers the price paid for the product only, shipping costs are non-refundable.
