Gifts and Favours
Gifts & Favours was founded in June 2009 by Nilesh Kotecha, who delivered the finest gifts and catered for wedding and party favours for all special events.
We provide a wide range of favours for events for all occasions, be it baby showers, bridal parties, weddings or even a birthday party we have it all!
We specialise in personalised chocolates and sweets available to give your event that personal touch because every event is different.
From being previously based on a high street, we are proud to be online, allowing us to expand and offer our services to international customers who would love to say a special thank you to their guests.
Shop Policies
Delivery
All our ready made wedding favour orders are usually despatched within 5-7 working days from receipt of order, larger orders may take slightly longer.
'Non made up products' such as DIY items are usually despatched within 5-7 working days.
Confectionery items are usually always in stock and are usually dispatched within 3 days as you place your order or during busy periods within 3-5 days. Please note during very hot Summer weather periods, we avoid dispatching Chocolate products on Fridays as we do not wish for items to be held at delivery depots over the Weekend when unusually hot weather conditions are occurring. It is the customers responsibility to ensure they check for any allergies, Gifts & Favours Ltd holds no liability in any intolerance or allergic reactions.
Royal Mail Tracked Service - You will receive a tracking number enabling you to track your parcel via Royal Mail website (http://www.royalmail.com)
This is a next working day service from dispatch date and excludes Saturday and Bank Holidays. This service applies to Mainland UK deliveries only. Additional charges will apply for Highlands and Island districts, including Northern Ireland and the Channel Island due to increased courier charges to these areas.
EU Deliveries - This shipping option is for all EU Countries outside the UK. Postal charges to Europe start from £16.95 depending on the country and will typically take between 2 and 10 days for delivery depending on location. Please note a surcharge may apply for orders that weigh over 2 kilograms, if this is the case we will contact you.

Courier Tracked (UK Mainland Only) - £4.95
EU Deliveries - £16.95 up to 2kg only
Returns & Exchanges
Confectionery (due to the fact that these are food products), personalised items, 'made up wedding favours ‘, ready-made favours and home fragrances may not be returned unless faulty (due to the fact that they will have been specially made up to your specific order requirements). Faulty goods will be refunded in full; we will not be held liable for any additional losses incurred as a result of the fault.
Cancellations:
Should you wish to cancel an order please inform us by email or telephone as soon as possible. We cannot be held responsible for orders that have already been dispatched.
