Delivery Information
Each individual seller will have their own delivery options. Check the delivery options for each product which are listed on the relevant product pages. The product is sent directly from the relevant seller. By purchasing an item you agree to the stated delivery date. If for any reason here is a change to the delivery date, you will be notified of a revised delivery date by email.
Once you have placed an order, the seller will be working to the delivery times stated on the product page. You will receive an email notification when the product is shipped.
The seller will include details of delivery times on the relevant product page and will let you know when they aim to dispatch your products once you’ve placed the order.

If there are any unique circumstances beyond the control of the seller which cause a delay to your delivery, the seller will be in touch with you with an updated delivery date.
Any price reduction due to voucher codes will apply to the product price only.
Free delivery vouchers may be available, but this will be specifically mentioned as part of the promotion.
Products with free delivery will generally be shipped with standard UK delivery unless specified on the product or shop page.
International delivery
International delivery may be available on products. If so, this will be displayed on the product or shop page. The cost for delivery will be clearly stated. The delivery timelines will be clearly stated.
Import Duties and Customs:
When ordering to a country outside of the UK, your items may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
